2008 TD4 Engine Cover bolts, washers and rubbers

Hi All. The bolts that hold the engine cover on Phoebe have gotten lost, no idea where.

Does anyone know the size of these bolts? Pretty sure they are an M5 x 20mm flanged hex head, but confirmation would be appreciated.

Also, is there meant to be some sort of rubber anti-vibration washer or grommet between the engine cover and bolt? Any idea of a part number?

Suspect they may be part of the engine cover and not a separate part, but hey you never know...

Thanks in advance. Thumbs Up

The bolts and studs are M6.
I've used ½" tap washers as the vibration damper for the fixings, one under and one on top, so the cover is sandwiched between. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
