United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 SD4 XS Auto Loire Blue

Purely as an investment the Defender is definitely on the iconic cars list like the VW Campervan and Beetle. My neighbour has just bought an R reg Defender in superb condition and there are a few old Defenders appearing in my Dorset village outside second homes and they are all in tip top condition. By comparison I rarely see a new LR Defender anywhere.

the kids will then sell it.

Keep the auto, save your knee & hip unless you are getting younger.

Well that didn't take long, just injured my left arm. Very relieved I have an auto. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 SD4 XS Auto Orkney Grey

I don't want to part with it. Have owned it for 6 years and it has been a joy to drive, and very reliable. It doesn't get enough use now and I want It to go to somebody who will use it as it's meant to be used. Just got back from Mull where it was the ideal vehicle. Unfortunately the long drive getting there and back takes it's toll on me these days! I just don't need two Land Rovers now. Fortunately the Freelander is also enjoyable , so capable and versatile. A much underrated vehicle.

Good luck with the sale sounds like a cracking example. Don't think I'd want to part with it.
