Made in China, like my Pirelli Scorpion Plus tyres. You have to look really hard to see the very tiny font used.

I actually bought Specsavers recently, never again, the worst lens I have ever had, both optically, a strange distortion, & maintaining cleanliness, never had to clean lenses so often.

Only the last post in a thread can be edited & not have an edited footnote automatically added. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

With regards to the make of the tyres. There are no extra markings such as made in china or such like. Just the makers. I am assured by my tyre shop they are genuine. Ps. I think specsavers are doing 2 for 1 offer at the moment. |

It doesn’t matter where tyres are made. What matters are the standards to which they are made and the systems for quality control in place to ensure that those standards are maintained. So a Pirelli made in Italy should be as good as a Pirelli made in China and the same should go for all the premium makes. Problems occur when you by an unknown brand that are not subject to the standards and quality control that we expect. You pay your money, you make your choice!
