screw to hold rear door weatherstrip?

Hi all,

I am having this little job to do. The left rear door outer weather strip seal (rubberized aluminium, I guess, is bent and looks bad.
I took it off from the outside, as the dpo has broken something, and glued the seal on to the b-pillar.

There's a small white nylon thing underneath a dab of sticky glue. A similar one on the new seal. I take it I have to remove the whole door card to get it out and install a new weather strip?

Kind regards,
Redfox.

Done.
Really easy, as I had overlooked a small black torx screw that protrudes slightly right next to the door card itself.
So no need to disassemble a lot.
Just roll down the window, hold the broken remaining part of the little nylon tap with a pair of pliers, and unscrew the torx from the cabin side. Insert new weather strip refit screw, roll up window and voila, time for a cup of tea. It's pouring down.

Job done. What an easy repair. Amazing that it was a bodge and a dab of sticky black stuff, instead of a real repair, correctly done. This one must have been job number 85 so far, from the dpo. I will of course continue to correct it all, as I find them. Anyway, next is a coolant hose and a full service to the Haldex Wink

Kind regards,
Redfox.
