England 2007 Freelander 2 i6 HSE Auto Stornoway Grey

I have now used Michelin Cross Climate + tyres on my last two 4x4s, including my current FR2 i6. For an all season tyre they are outstanding.

They have a very good carcass construction that is complimentary to the ride comfort and performance of the FR2. They are by far the quietest tyres I have fitted to any car. The grip is excellent in the wet and very good in mud and snow. Braking distances are reduced. Motorway cruising is enhanced. In addition, they have a longer life than others, yet behave really well when you find yourself having to press on down winding roads.

Lastly, these tyres consistently do really well in the German tyre tests reported in their motoring magazines. I now have Michelin tyres on all three of my cars. The Cross Climate + on the FR2 are outstanding.
