I have the Xtrons PQS70DLRL head unit with wireless CarPlay installed and it works perfectly with my iPhone. This evening I connected my wife's iPhone as she's going to be taking a trip away over the weekend in the FL2 and wanted the convenience of CarPlay. So far, so good. My question to anyone with the same unit is how do you switch between phones if both users are in the car at the same time? I can’t see any obvious way of switching like there is with the factory phone Bluetooth connection.

It would seem that there is no capability to switch phones directly on the Xtrons unit - you have to disconnect one phone by switching off Bluetooth and WiFi (or briefly use airplane mode) and then manually connect the other phone to the Xtrons via Bluetooth. Once that’s done carplay starts up automatically. A bit fiddly, but not something that I’d have to do very often.
