im interested in finding out if newer air inlets without the swirl flaps fitted will fit my 2008 td4??
im wanting to ditch the time bomb swirl flaps,, anyone done it? i realise you can remove swirl flaps with a bit of surgery but i have the chance to buy a newer inlet without flaps fitted, cheers

The later manifold fits fine, as it's a swirl flap manifold without the swirl flaps fitted.
You can also simply remove the flaps from your current manifold as I did, which is cheaper to do.
Don't forget that you'll need replacement sealing rings for the manifold when it's refitted. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
