For me, it's Hand break on, then neutral to park.

In our garage the front wheel runs over a small batten bolted on the floor & then straight up against a large block of wood fixed so the car doesn't go through the wall. The car won't roll anywhere. Then I put it in neutral, foot off brake for a couple of seconds, foot on brake so I can put it in park. Don't bother with the handbrake as the car won't roll anywhere.
