Have spoken to a couple. It is the curve that is the problem. Nobody seems to have a press that shape. |

I wonder if that plate was intended for a motorbike and had 63mm lettering originally?

Have you thought of trying an engineering worksho0? They may be able to CNC cut the shape with the letters for you ? |

Is the genuine plate from day one. Spoke to them and problem again is curved plate. Additionally I would do the rear plate which again is not straightforward, as it has a bend in it as shown in attached piccy.
