Did they replace injector No1 or injector No4? They're easy to mix up, as the cylinders are back to front compared to most other cars. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The no.1 is the cylinder towards the gearbox.

No, the belt drive end (left when looking from the front) is No4. Piston No1 is gearbox end. Bonkers I know, but that's the way it is on this engine. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. did they test the injector?did they check the wiring?did they swap injectors around to confirm the faulty one?i doubt it.so now take it back and get them to do a proper job!then they might have to test the relevant ecu. |

They don't have the equipment to test injectors off the vehicle. Nor do they have equipment to test wiring or ecu's etc.

If they don't have the ability to swap one injector for another and test it again, then they're best avoided.
