They lose the licence and possibly charged with driving without a valid licence and conspiracy to defraud, or hopefully are. my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis

No surprise as to the ethnicity of the offender, sadly and this is from experience, this is common and we used to call them "family driving licences" along with crash for cash. 2014 Freelander 2 XS TD4

Surely it's a no brainer for the Police and the CPS. They have their addresses and photos.
Do them all for fraud, not having a licence and therefore also not having insurance. Jules

Apparently the going rate for a fake licence is £600.
600 x 150 = £90K !!!
A bet her fine is nowhere near that. Jules
