Power steering

Whilst under tonight I had look around, a few slight oily patches here and there but nothing that concerned me much until I saw this bit...

It looks rather dark where I have circled red, and it looks rather rusty on the top pipe circled blue.

Are either of these anything to be concerned about or do they all look like that?

Have a proper check as to where the leak is coming from

Looks to me to be what I call the wibbly woobly pipe needs to be renewed at the least.

I couldn't actually see any puppies that looked like they were leaking, it is just that patch on the rack that is damp.

No issues with power steering, all seems to work well and I've not had to top up the fluid at all.

Is that the area below the notoriously drippy bit where the air intake joins to the turbo at the top of the engine ?
Hung like Einstein, smart as a horse.
