morning all
not exactly the most pressing problem given the weather but its been bugging me - can i get a replacement end cap for my roof bars (that go laterally across the car and attach each end to the roof rails) as having a muppet moment, i failed to turn the locking cap and now have lost one....

if there's a part no I'd be happy to hear it!

im not sure what your roof bars look like,but i got some end caps for some box section steel on e bay,there are allsorts on there, round and square.

I lost one cap for the rails, cost a fortune. You may be better off buying a second hand set of cross bars for spares. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

well i can report that a set of genuine roof bars can be had for c £50 - so problem solved and old ones donated to a friend! 179k miles from new!
