Thanks, was thinking of them, nothing on their website is for the correct model year though Thinking about whether Powerful UK might have something. |

Thanks for these, unfortunately when I click the link to the first one it says it's no longer available & part number for the second one checks out as for 2006-2008 cars & ours is 2013. Been & had a look at the damage again & after initially thinking I'd get away with new glass & replacing the lost outer cover it now seems that the internal frame is FUBAR so going to need to replace the lot |

Worth giving Duckworth Parts a call, they're site sponsors and their parts are usually reasonably priced for a Dealer. Also you know you'll get the right mirror, there are lots out there. |

Bloody expensive mirrors for freelander 2s. Had one broken by autoglass when they changed my windscreen. Only a basic grey plastic on my GS, not colour coded, no puddle lights etc. It was £400+ from a dealer 😮 Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

I can see me taking the old one off & using some epoxy to sort the internals out then getting a new cover & glass! |

Bit of a faff but sorted in the end - found a genuine cover in ‘sand’ which is close enough to body colour for now & can be painted at another time. Also found a new old stock powerfold mirror unit for non memory seats & was able to transplant the memory seats mirror motor into it without too much trouble. Result is she now has a fully working drivers side mirror again 👍 |
