I am trying to change an entry in powershell and must admit I am struggling, without delving too much, does anyone know what the command should be to change Usage from Retired to Auto-Select . . . .google has failed me in this quest

See latest print, what else do i need to do, is the prompt wrong? Tried it in Powershell and Powershell Admin , is there something else required ?

UPDATE : FIXED

Went into Control Panel, looked at Storage Spaces and the disk was there in that 'pool' . . .so deleted it, checked powershell and its now auto-select

Edited to add:

My mistake, I should have made it clear that you don't include the quotation marks in "Set-PhysicalDisk -Kingston SA400S37480G PhysicalDisk2 -Usage AutoSelect" and the first letter of that string needed to immediately follow the > symbol in PowerShell without a space. Current driveway contents:
