There were very few FL2's sold new in Cyprus, most are either imports by traders or ex MOD personnel selling out there as the prices are higher than in UK, SD4's are almost non existent as were HSE's. The price was very high compared with the FL1 which competed very well with the Rav4 esecially in 3 door form of which there is a plethora even now. my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis

Absolutely right there! 10/10 I've decided to stop being a good example and will now just be a terrible warning.....

Never really given it much thought. Éire is how my nan always used to refer to her father's home before he came over to Liverpool in the 1890s. Just stuck in my head to use the Gallic when making the distinction between the island of Ireland and the country.

i wish my 2011 hse had,not got a sunroof ,my wife who uses this car the most noticed back in November that the sunroof had hole in it ( the panoramic part to the rear of the sunroof ) and has gone through the insurance to get it repaired but because it is in the panoramic glass and not the actual sunroof it is not covered by the insurance ( fully comp ) so having to go down the accidental claim route but landrover ( + landrover being there usual help fullness do not answer the phone so cant talk to a human ) say they still produce the glass but do not have in stock and on back order and because they cannot give a delivery date the garage that has been tasked with repair cannot give us a curtesy car this has been a nightmare and been down to 1 car since November 2009 FL2 S now gone

That was one of the reasons I bought a SE Tech instead of a Metropolis. Had sunroofs on previous cars and they caused problems. Another was that I didnt want "diamond" cut alloy wheels - they seem to corrode quicker than fully painted/lacquered wheels and are a bit of a pain to get repaired as they are often not covered by insurance and mobile repairers wont touch them.
