Be nice if they race to win rather than trying to win by ruining the other guys race.

Normally I'd want the underdog to win but Red Bull whining has got on my nerves this year. There is an article on the BBC F1 section where Max is moaning that he is treated differently to the other drivers. He does have a point, if he goes into a corner on the inside and Lewis on the outside runs out of space, Christian Horner says its 'hard racing'. Other way round then Lewis has run Max off the road.

Unfortunately Christain Horner's become an F1 politician where his opinions are not worth listening to.

Lewis needs to beat Max, it's as simple as that. If he runs Max off and neither of them finish then Max wins on count back. Now Max running Lewis off . . . . . . . personally I wouldn't put that past him.

The more that watch on C4 helps Sky and pay to view to be dropped, the team sponsors aren't happy that their exposeure has been reduced since pay to view, If sponsors pay the teams more for their higher exposure then the F1 rights holders can reduce team payments and be more realistic to circuit owners. my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis

Wouldn't be first time.

Shumacher taking Hill off in '94 after he hit wall, to deny Hill championship win.

I wouldn't mind betting the outcome will be decided by the stewards. Sad

The FIA and the stewards are frightened to decide anything that either side could blame them or having the FIA in a court case, they will do nothing and keep their heads down with no comment or it was 50/50 my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis

Hamilton's whining is in a totally different league. Here's hoping he crashes at the first corner! Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

Like most sport - there are a lot of mind games.

I think it needs a bit of 'mind over matter' to drive at 200mph between two walls.

I will be backing Hamilton, for one last win. (and Championship) FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 77k+ miles) (MY2015)
Metro in its 11th Year of (Extended) LR Warranty / Full LR Service History
(Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?)

Agree with you Ian; Hamilton has the more 'balanced head' on his shoulders than Max who's far too gung-ho

Max is still driving like he is on his PlayStation with damage turned off!
He is treated differently so he is correct just he has it the wrong way round. Anyone else would be penalised a lot more. MY06 FL1 TD4 2 door red (gone)

More to the point - Tyres at the start

Max on Softs - he wrecked his second qualifying set of Mediums in a lock up.

Lewis on Mediums

Although starting on Mediums (with full fuel load) should be overall faster, I think that Lewis will have to overtake Max on the Road at some point, could be VERY tricky. (As apposed to overtaking him during Tyre Change Pit Stops)

How well Lando Norris (or any other drivers) keep up with the pair of leaders may effect any tyre-change strategy, as they may get in between them at this crucial time.

PS I am backing Lando and Maclaren for next year. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
