United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 SD4 Metropolis LE Auto Fuji White

I have the same problem with replacing the Power/Charging Units on both old Battery Tools and Domestic Equipment.

I feel that there should be some Common Standards across ALL Manufacturers in Voltages, Plug/Socket Sizes, Battery Connections, etc. (or to put it another way - a set of well understood common power interfaces and units)

I try never to throw away any thing (or its bits) that work, but although I seem to have accumulated the worlds largest collection of ODD Cables, Connectors, Power Supplies and Components, I quite often have not the right bit. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 77k+ miles) (MY2015)
Metro in its 11th Year of (Extended) LR Warranty / Full LR Service History
(Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?)
