Belgium 2009 Freelander 2 TD4_e XS Manual Santorini Black

maybe you should add a poll: 0 problems; minor problems; real problems; problems which are your own fault

That shoudl give you a better picture

No problems at all after 11 months and 25000 km. Except for a scratch made by a kid today.

The problem with any forum is that mostly only the negative aspects of any subject are discussed, because people want to know how to solve this problem.
Positive aspects aren't discussed because they are of lesser interest.

This gives the impression that this or that product is of bad quality.

So how many Freelander 2 have been sold so far? I don't think that they are so bad! Freelander 2 SE 4Td Izmir Blue, Dog cage for Alaskan Malamute, iphone Navigon Navigator

United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Stornoway Grey

Have been owner for 28 months and 59000+ miles and enjoyed most of it.

I would like to be a member of the zero problem club, however I have had problems, not as bad as NP but enough that I can remember.

Ongoing battery fault,
Radio that looses its tuning at least 1 in 3 times after starting up
No alarm for 5 months
Failed clutch hydraulics
Loose anti roll bar
Failed tailgate release switch
Now suffering multiple rattles from dashboard
Poor brake life

Only the failure of the clutch hydraulics kept the car off the road so haven't suffered too much inconvenience, main problem has been dealer related.

Would have another one without any doubt IF it wasn't for the vastly increased running costs Stornoway Grey GS ... What a fine motor Smile ... but not any more ... Big Cry ... psst look at my gallery!
Company cars ... a thing of the past - May 2013.

Norway 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Stornoway Grey

At the start of this thread I thought a poll would be a good I dea, but then thought as so many members having problems didnt really see the point. Guessed the result might be 1 member with 0-problems & 1409 with problems Shocked

Still, dispite all the problems covered in posts over the last couple of years it is a bit supprising to see that there are still a few members with Zero-Problems, but how many I really wonder Rolling Eyes . So maybe a poll is a good idea, and that we send the results to Land Rover Question

Maybe a poll could indicate how many of what catagory of problem Question
How old is the FL2 = (in months)
How far has it gone = (UK Miles) (US Miles) (Kilometers)
Zero- problems = (just add a 0)
Minor Problems = (with number of problems)
Major Problems = (with number of problems)
Your own silly fault problems = (with number of problems)

Any other ideas of how the poll should look like Question 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.
