I once fitted a scooter tyre onto a car wheel rim for a bit of fun. Of course, I needed my Cheetah.

I had a mate who set his bmw up with tyres fitted like this. He used his car for drifting and posing in. Wouldn’t get it within 6 inches (15 centimetres for the metrically disadvantaged) of a kerb in case he scuffed them! |

Nope, that is the edge of the rim. They deliberately put on a tyre which is the correct diameter but way too narrow for the width. |
