Hi,

I have been having problems with my 2013 XS retaining radio stations. The DAB has always been poor but I am able to tune it and retain the stations although these fad in and out due to poor signal around here. I am unable to tune and retain the FM stations. The radio allows me to tune them and put them into memory but as soon as I switch off the stations are lost apart from 88.3 (BBC Radio 2) which is shown on all 6 presets. I can then reset all six presets to different channels and they will stay like that until I switch off again when they are lost. New battery fitted 4/5 months ago and car running well. I have pressed the aerial terminals o the side window but this does not seem to have helped. I have not tried to take the connections apart as they look well set and could cause damage. Anyone able to give me any advice or help.
