Shuddering/Limp mode problems

Hopefully someone might be able to give me a few ideas of what could be casuing the FL2 problems I've got at the moment...?

First thing in the morning, car is always fine- no limp mode, shoots off no problem. When i get around 30mph the car shudders a lot aggressively, like it's stopping and starting again in a split second- but mulitple times. The only time it never does this is when it's gone into limp mode. It goes into limp mode 100% of the time when going (even slightly) uphill. It's had the turbo all sorted so it's not that and it's not the DPF either (not sure if that would cause any of the problems anyway). I've spoke to a mechanic who says it's probably the EGR. I've plugged in a code reader and it comes up with P006A and P2263.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Faulty Mass Air Flow Meter, Turbo Boost Control Pressure. Did your "mechanic" reset the turbo activator parameters when replacing the turbo? My local specialist said he had to set it on Autologic when the turbo was changed. Sounds also like a split intake pipe.
