Funny you should post this. I had something similar a month ago after a timing belt and water pump change. It started making a clicking sound when turning and a rubbing metal sound at low speed. I was convinced it was a CV joint failing....it turn out only to be a heat plate catch somewhere. Very quick fix. MY13 HSE LUX Aintree Green

Hi thanks any ideas where to look? Not to far from you ontop of saddleworth, we’re off on 450 mile round trip to west wales on Thursday might try and do before. Thanks |

Sorry couldn't tell you which part it was, I was in a bit of a rush at the time and ran the car into the garage on the day I was heading up to Scotland. They couldn't finding anything wrong apart from this plate and they just bent it back....it was total fine after that. MY13 HSE LUX Aintree Green
