Front passenger window problem

Can any one help?

When closing the window on the front passenger side, either remotely or by either internal switch, the window closes then re-opens to 3/4 way down (just the passenger side)

I've checked inside the rubber seal for debris etc.-Clear

P.s. I have the one touch mode activated
