Phone connection ??

Hi all, when I connect my phone to my 2008 fl2 it connects OK and works. The problem is when I turn the engine off & come back it doesn't remember my phone so I have to re program/ connect it again.
Is their a way of it remembering my phone ?

On the later cars, whether the earlier model cars can, I don't know.

You can connect the car to the phone or phone to the car. Maybe this helps. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

Is there any 'old/previous' phones still stored on the radio, I do know that it only stores so many so it may be full, hence not storing your phone, you can delete the old phones.

Sounds like either the phone isn't compatible, or not configured to reconnect automatically.
It's potential possible that the BT module is faulty, and not remembering the connection, but I wouldn't think that is likely. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

With newer phones what you may find is linking the phone to the car works better than linking the car to the phone, this is because the software installed in the car does not always remember newer phones I think because a compatibility issue.

I hope this makes sense. MY13 HSE Lux Santorini Black Gone
