....to pick up my Freelander 2 next week.

In the past I’ve had a Discovery 3 from new which I put 85k miles on over 5 years as the children grew up and a 2 year old Range Rover Velar which never let me down and was a superb car (sadly had to go back when I was made redundant at the start of the pandemic).

Toyed with some Mercedes coupes since the Velar but been pulled back to Land Rover as I’ve learnt to fly a paraglider and the roads aren’t always kind........and I missed the ownership experience! The Freelander is perfect for what I need now and I’m looking forward to it.

My new baby is a 2013 SD4 HSE in Orkney Grey with Almond and Chestnut to which I’m planning to add a few bits along the lines of the powefuluk one. Side rubbing strips already bought to stop those supermarket dents!
