I believe this is a kit car, the body panels and wheels are part of the kit, you supply the motive force, it will take electric or lawnmower type engines. There was one down the road from me in Cyprus built by the boy's grandfather, father of one of the RAF doctors, this was also electric with a starter motor from a motor bike.

This is quite expensive compared to the official LR kids vehicle but it's sit in for 2 unlike the official which is ride on. my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis
2012 HSE SD4 In Orkney Grey now gone, best car ever.

I built one similar for my Son when he was about 6.......plans from some place as cannot remember now, washing machine/Sinclair C5 motor alloy and MDF panels/chassis and a very crude stepped on off pedal........he dented a neighbours car one day, but turns out the neighbour was reversing out of his drive while my little’ in was piddling along the footpath and Ed T-boned his BMW.......that’s my Son Rolling with laughter

The neighbour saw the funny side and bought him an ice cream......I bought the neigbour a can of spray paint, we were quite good neighbours Whistle Regards

David

Lovely i6 has now gone, but not me......

Please let me know if anything in my post offends you, as I may wish to offend you again......
