Steering column locked

Hello
My steering column has locked and will not unlock and in turn the car will not start.
Has anyone ever used the steering column lock emulator that bypass the lock ?

I am not sure if it will unlock a locked column but here you go; I have one (never installed it) but you can also disable with JLR SDD software.
