A few items on my wish list

I would appreciate any advise or help and your views with accessory items for my new freelander I would like to get
1, side steps
2 wind deflectors
3 rear spoiler
4 mudflaps
5 bootliner
I think that's about it but if anyone has another suggestions I would like to hear

another vote for NO sidesteps Whistle there a waste of space !

and if

23 = sink
24 = flag pole

then

25 - tow rope
26 - emergency hammer (for widows and seat belts not Toffee Laughing )
27 - dash cam
28 - umbrella

Thumbs Up .
my first ever FL2 and I did keep it longer than most other cars!
But its now gone way up Norf
