Reduced engine performance, im having a issue with restricted performance, usually after a long drive, i get a few errors in the PCM section when reading the obd, but it says its something wrong with the oil, but i suspect its a oil sensor issue, since its showing 370°c all the time, but what sensor is that, and where is it located?

Oil temperature sensor is located just below the starter motor.
Mine shows 180deg when the engine is cold. Changed it for new OEM one, made no difference. Now at the point when I learn something new something old is lost out the other side !
Now retired so it doesn't matter anymore.

No fault codes related to this. I only noticed this whilst looking at live data for something else. Thought it was odd, therefore changed it but got same reading.
Had considered that the scan tool (Autel ap200) wasn't reading it correctly. Checked again with the Icarsoft CR max, again same reading. Now at the point when I learn something new something old is lost out the other side !
Now retired so it doesn't matter anymore.

Ok, strange, but since i have twice as much reading on temperature, ill guess my car woyld appreciate a new sensor. By the way, i have had this autel obd for some years now, and its been great, i even managed to programming aftermarket keys for my fl2. Also, i had it crosschecked when i had issues with the injectors, and it got the same reading as the professional readers they use at mechanics

I agree, the Autel is very good. I was just confused as to the high oil temperature readings. When the engine is warm the reading does go up considerably but I had no DTC codes for oil temperature. Then I changed the sensor and the reading was the same. That is why I had doubts about the Autel. I still have no idea what the issue is. Car drive's ok with no warning lights or message information.
You will have to let us know what happens when you change your sensor.

Gasman, 180 for a temp sensor🫣 then i will reconsider that, i thought i had the sensor laying around, but i think that is oil pressure sensor.

Interesting about the OTC sensor reading 180C on a cold engine

The Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensors read 100C on a cold engine, even new ones
must be the base temperature/parameters for the ECU to do it's magic.

The same has just happened to me, went away for Christmas all was fine then the other day went to pick daughter up from the airport on the way home the message appeared. Reduced engine performance. No other lights on the dash and it still drove smooth. i took it to my mechanic he done a diagnostics on it and it came back saying faulty battery. he replaced this for a new one and it still showed the message so he put it back on the diagnostics (Autotel) cleared the message and is now absolutely fine
