Belgium 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Stornoway Grey

My fl2 is about 4 months old and I have covered 4,000km (and loving it Thumbs Up ). The average fuel is always about 12.5 l/100km.

The car is mainly driven on country roads, with trips through small towns.

A few times i have reset the calculator on the motorway and if i stay at 120kph for 20minutes it will read 8 l/100km, but then that goes as soon as i start playing with sport mode or hit the smaller roads, around here it is all up and down hills.

I am hoping to get the average down to the high 8 to 9's l/100km in 15,000kms time (our 2005 tdi golf averages around 5 l/100km). But I did not buy the car for the econ, only to be able to offset all the trees in the garden ageist the carbon I was not producing until I got the fl2 Mr. Green . HSE, Auto, Colour - Yes
