Well after the poor old thing sitting for almost a year without leaving the drive it has been sold, an enquiry through the forum lead to a very painless non contact sale, the transporter arrived promptly and the i6 is now in Scotland, hopefully it will be doing sterling service in weather better suited to its design than here in balmy Cornwall

Thank you all for the friendly chat and information over the past couple of years, this really is one of the nicest and informative forums I have belonged to.

I doubt we will ever own a FL2 again as we will not have a diesel and the petrols are now getting very long in the tooth, but it was a really nice comfy car. Regards

Presently it is not being replaced, our main vehicle is the i3, the i6 (seeing a pattern there ) was bought to be used, which it did only a few times before lockdown, for travelling from Cornwall to Norfolk to visit the farm and family but of course that’s not happening at the moment soooooo.

TBH we really do not need two vehicles anymore, the i6 was a bit of a luxury to have but not strictly necessary. Regards
