Odd but its true (my FL2 is still going up, now £14940 Trade-in (up £30 in last couple of days).

Showing £16350 if sold privately. (I paid about £22.5K for it just over 3 years ago from LR dealer with service MOT & 2 year Warranty)

Just checking Landrover approved used vehicles i see they have a 2014 Metropolis

Yes, it's the "only FL1 you should buy" in Spain. I had the MG ZT, which was the Rover 75 in a jogging suit, and yes, the BMW engine. This is why it makes it easier to buy and sell. However, the clutch went on mine at 95000 kms the day I was selling it .... but that's another story.

It does indeed and very reliable its proved to be. They also offer the same 1.8 K series petrol which is plagued with head gasket failures as in the Fl1 along with 2.0 and 2.5 KV6's and a rare and very desirable V8 (from a Ford Mustang!) Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

Pam has just commented on the fact she didn't want me to sell the, Austin mini Mayfair. Must admit it was a mistake.

I have a 2007 Freelander SE, We buy any car value of £5200, up from £4700 last year, no idea why.

Its 13 years old but still in lovely condition with 52000 miles only, its a lot of car even for £5200 I think, it has everything on it sunroof heated screen seats the lot, far more than I would get on a run of the mill car for that price.

it’s not just the FL2 values that are strong at the moment it’s the whole used car market.

I am just returning back to an FL2 after selling my previous MY07 TD4 HSE with 185,000 miles it.

Trying to find a decent low milage Dynamic or Metropolis was a real endeavour, and all FL2's are flying off the forecourts at the moment, to the point that demand is so great I struggled to get a deal after finally finding one

Happy that I'm back in one, they have their quirks, but what cars don't eh? But at least they have soul and a personality

Excited about collecting it on Wednesday
