I ask as I serviced my haldex at 30K miles myself (JLR dont do it) and I'm hoping that will put off any haldex failure.

Our 2008 had it’s first Haldex service around 150,000 miles. Sold the car at over 180,000 miles on original Haldex and diff.
You have to remember earlier cars had Haldex 3, later cars are Haldex 4.

Maybe earlier Haldex is easier on the diff?
Maybe drilling the diff, fitting a drain plug and changing the oil every service helped the diff?
Was used weekly at least off road, maybe the regular workout helped the Haldex oil to stay in shape - it does turn into a gelatinous mess that blocks the filter and so kills the pump Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her

I had my MY2013 Haldex serviced by Austen at about 65k and then again at 125k
Just prior to the 125k I had started to get the "gearbox reduced traction" message appearing from time to time. According to Austen that was a sign that the pump was on it's way out so it was replaced during the service as a precaution. No problems since

BTW don't forget that the "gearbox reduced traction" message can also be caused by a low battery!!

Problem has just disappeared, no more warning flag, no traction issues.
Plan "A" is to do nothing but might need a new pump soon.
