Water leak Freelander 2

Hi all, I previously posted about about a puddle of water accumulating in the driver's side foot well of my Freelander 2 when its parked on a slope with the front facing down hill, I thought it might be the air con vent pipe but having looked at the connections I no longer believe this is the cause as it is connected both ends. I stripped the interior and carpets out this morning and found a lot of water in the bottom of the vehicle and it looks like it's had the problem for a long time. The underlay is wet up above the pedals which leads me believe it is something else wrong with either

the air con or a leaking windscreen. The headliner isn't wet so I don't think it's the sunroof though I could be wrong.
Any help would be appreciated as I don't want to waste money taking it to a garage to be told they found this or that charge me a load of cash and still have a leak.
I enclosed picks but is difficult to see were the water my be coming from

Leaks can be a nightmare to find. All I can suggest is that you dry the interior, get inside while someone puts copious amounts of water on the car with a hosepipe to see if you can see where it is coming from.

On wheeler dealers they used a smoke machine to find a leaking door seal.

I think I've found the problem, there was a break in the sum roof drain tube so reconnected and cable ties hopefully the issue is solved. Thanks for replys👍

That's quite a puddle in the footwell, hope you get everything dried out okay. I just fixed my rear high level brake light today with a new gasket, so hopefully resolved my own leak! 2013 SD4 Auto HSE Luxury Firenze Red

Hi, just stripped out the drivers side foot well seat and behind due to a flooded foot well. The water is running down the C post behind the trim, looking at your photo it could be where the sun roof drain pipe goes onto the plastic fitting that goes through the face of the C post, is there anywhere else that I should check. I have taken the pipe off the sun roof drain elbow and blown down the pipe and fitting both clear.
So pleased to catch your post.
Cheers
