JLR have taken out an action in the USA in regard to VAG using a patented 4 x 4 software program for terain response without permission. The question arises that it is only in the USA, does this mean there may be one in Europe, or have VAG paid for it in Europe but it didn't cover the USA, did VAG make an error in reading the contract, if the case that it has permission in Europe, or has JLR pulled a fast one? my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis
