What’s a good code reader..not looking to spend £300.....so something under £150 would be idea

I purchased the Autel AP200 about a month ago and have been very impressed with its capabilities for £50.
I too was sceptical but when I plugged it in and downloaded the Land Rover Component for the software on my iPhone I was amazed that of it went and read practically all the separate ECU's on my Freelander 2.
I was having issues with My Haldex and was pleased that it reads the RDCM (Rear Differential Control Module) and the All Terrain Control Module. On My car it read from 19 different modules but tried scanning for more which I don't have but a later model or higher spec would have.
It also gives you access to real time data from all modules along with a number of services functions like programming keys, Turning off the oil rest light, Manual DPF regeneration to mention a few.

I have found it to be well worth the money. I like that its a Bluetooth connection and I can email the reports to myself and then review them on my PC later.

There may be downsides to it, but I haven't found one yet and at the end of the day Its £50 and can do what the MK808 (approx £400) can do using your phone or tablet as the display)
