Rocar Huddersfield - Desperatey unimpressed and hacked off!

I haven't been on here for ages but I need to vent!!

I have just taken my car in for a service and am desperately unimpressed with the customer service I haven't received! I had to take my 10 month old son with me so when I got there I had to swap car seats over. Now the woman on reception could see that I had my baby in my arms and never offered me any help with this task. So I went back to my car, removed the isofix car seat, put my baby in his stroller and then tried to put the car seat into the dirty, covered in dog hair courtesy car. I couldn't sort the car seat out so I got one of the guys from the garage to help me and fair dos he was great. So once I had managed that I went back into reception to drop off my keys. There are 2 women on reception that sit half a metre apart, one deals with new car sales and the like, the other servicing. I was stood there for a good 5 minutes, again with my baby in my arms while the new car sales receptionist cleaned the coffee machine and the servcing one was no-where to be seen. Wouldn't you have thought that the new sales woman would have offered to take my keys for me, and she definitely saw me standing there............

Is it any wonder the car industry is in trouble if they treat all their customers like this. To say i am p Censored ed off is an understatement and they are going to charge me £350 + for the priviledge!

Rant over!!

Try Copley next time. They are usually far more attentive. Worth the trip over the hill I'd expect.
