This is the broken clamp and washer/gasket

As you’ve got to replace the clamp, why wouldn’t you fit a new gasket at the same time?

Thank you for your reply and yes you are right. It was just to save time. I am going to go to an exhaust shop near to myself to see if they sell something suitable if not I will order a genuine clamp and gasket. |

Mine doesn't have a gasket. Exhaust flange just clamps straight onto the turbo outlet.

That's interesting gasman, my 2009 MY does have the exhaust gasket between the turbo and exhaust pipe.

I think this has been mentioned before. I seem to remember Alex saying something to the effect that it wasn't required so long as the mating services are clean.
