Fault code

hi all, does anyone know what code P007017 refers to? Landy runs very lumpy and rough, slow to accelerate, feels like its running on 3 cylinders took it to my local garage, fault was cleared, came back on in 5 miles any ideas thanks

Oops forgot to add also fault code P0264 think this refers to injecter 2 this would explain lumpyness, would it not?🤔
