Original LR car stereo no longer works

Hello everyone,

for my Freelander 2, yesterday after connecting an ISO harness to the standard radio, which allowed the use of a multimedia system simply using this dedicated cable, when inserting everything (radio, original cables and that of the other multimedia system ) in the planned dashboard, the original audio system of my car no longer turned on. Before entering the dashboard, the radio was working quietly.
I checked the power contacts of the connector with the tester which detected no voltage.
Consequently, the on-board computer reported to me that the terrain response no longer worked. The passenger airbag light came on on the dashboard and remained on and the wipers, at the end of their stroke, no longer stop at zero point but 30 ° / 40 ° earlier.
I did a test lap of 1.5 km, for the first 300 meters the accelerator at low speeds did not respond and then accelerated again, in the remaining meters it seemed to have settled.

I summarize the problems that arose in order:

1) Original car stereo no longer turns on
2) Terrain response not available
3) Passenger airbag warning light always on
4) wiper blades do not position themselves on the zero point
5) Irregular acceleration

I also disconnected the positive of the battery hoping for a reset but nothing happened and I checked the car radio fuse which was intact. What do you think happened? what do you recommend.

Thank you in advance
