No smoke at all on my TD4. I'd check out intercooler hoses first for splits (Intercooler > Throttle Body), but I'm sure someone more knowledgable will have some other ideas. |

As long as it's not smoking while normally running you will get your Pink Slip. We don't have the registration issues other countries have.

Thanks for the replies, the car is covered under a WA statutory warranty which should resolve excessive smoke hence trying to understand if it is excessive...

Te EGR valve can cause smoke once it starts to get bunged up. |
