United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Lux Auto Aintree Green

I tried closing up the contact pins when I first swapped sensors, so knew that wasn't the issue. Here is a photograph of two sensors: genuine JLR and Bosch.

United Kingdom 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Rimini Red

FoMoCo don't make sensors, they're made for them by another manufacturer. From the research I did, the OE manufacturer was Febi.
I looks like Bosch are using a similar sensor, but it's not from the same mould as the FoMoCo marked sensor, just a similar mould. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

2006 Tonga Green i6 HSE. Gone.
Audi A5 convertible, my daily driver.
1972 Hillman Avenger GT, the project.
