I know this is a forum for LR2’s, and that is what I have, but I wanted to ask about a 2016 Range Rover Sport and a 2018 Velar. Does anyone know how much of these cars are built of aluminum. I believe the fame and body of both are aluminum, it I’m not sure about the doors, hood and hatch. My 2010 LR2 is packed with rust. I live in the salt belt in the Midwest is the main reason for my question. I’m also considering the F-Pace, and I know it’s all aluminum with the exception of the metal doors.

Let me know if you guys have any info.
