Hi guys

When trying to change a bulb I have managed to break one of the fiddly clips which holds the bulb in place I think this means I need to replace the whole headlight unit as the retaining clip incorporates the bulb contacts and wiring.

Looking on eBay there's loads of 2nd hand headlight units for FL2 models without projectors (e.g. 2006, 2008) considerably cheaper than the handful of units for my year (2012 with halogen bulbs and projectors).

Does anyone know if I could directly swap some older headlight units in for my current ones? It will still work out a little cheaper to replace both units with older models than it would to buy a single projector unit.
