Before we hijack anyones thread, decided better shove down a new topic on cars we have owned. It gets complicated when you enter SWMBO into the formula. Anyway, boring perhaps, but a time filler. The Ford Escort was bought new by my father in 1996 (he recently hung up his keys and handed it over to me) 14 years old and 25,000 miles on the clock. A bit rough around the edges (never been garaged) but it runs like a dream.
