Hi All, My 2007 Freelander 2 seems to have a strange problem where the doors lock and unlock fine, but once you are in the car with the doors locked the only way to unlock them if by pressing the unlock button on the centre dash. Once you push that all the doors work as normal, it feels a bit like child-lock is on the drivers door. It used to work that after a drive take the key out of the ignition and pull the door handle once to unlock all the doors and again to physically open the door.

Has anyone had this? Any ideas on a fix?

Had similar problem, only way to unlock drivers door fom inside was centre console button or unlock passenger door Fixed by replacing drivers door latch.
