Air bag warning light

Anyone got any experience of probs/solutions our dash air bag warning light which is intermitant - servicing dealer in Oxfordshire has now had car for 4 visits -off road for 7 days plus -they say landrover techies meant to be advising but still comes on ?? driving us Censored mad-sometimes happens going over bumps/down gradients but then sometimes comes on just because it can !!!!!!! would expect more from a 5K almost new car -this doesn`t inspire confidence in my first Landrover brand purchase ! Any advice appreciated. Electrician as a day job - Wanna be farmer at weekends !

Welcome to my world!

They changed:-

The Instrument Panel .. No Fix
The drivers side seat belt tensioner .. No Fix

Finally, they changed the loom to the drivers seat and this fixed the problem!

In the process , they bust the handbrake gater , cross threaded the retaining screws on the instrument panel.

I had a problem with the air bag warning light but that stayed on all of the time. Took it to the dealers and diagnostic printout suggested a faulty sensor in the 'B' pillar although there was no match for the actual fault code. They replaced the sensor and everything fine.

Has your dealer got a diagnostic printout? that should log any faults found and point them in the right direction.
