I went shopping in Waitrose this morning, it was almost a joy with very little traffic on the roads and people orderly queuing two metres apart outside as they were only allowing a limited number of people in the store at any one time. It was quite nice in the warm sun. Inside there was mostly everything, including bog rolls, although there was not much in the way of tinned meats etc. and pasta. It was quite easy to keep apart from other people and with so few people in the shop it was quite pleasant.

The "haves" have always gone to the front of the line.............what's sad for some, today vs. yesterday, you can now buy health whereas there was a time when you could not. |

I don't think it's about privileged, it's about the fact that as heir to the Head of State it's important to know and he is over 70 after all. It's probably put Prince William on standby and on lockdown too.

Sort of a perk but, if a 50 year old brain surgeon felt a bit dicky one weekend do you think he might get tested before anything else? Of course he would, strictly he shouldn’t but his job warrants it......and frankly the heir to the throne does as well, I don’t think it’s just privilege. Regards David Lovely i6 has now gone, but not me...... Please let me know if anything in my post offends you, as I may wish to offend you again...... |
