That's perfect, thank you for responding so promptly. Now to throw that at LandRover CRC and ask them why the rears don't fit a DS properly but the fronts do!

Exactly!! They fit on the hub no problem. Unfortunately, the lower control arm (rears only) is/are catching the inner lip of the alloy by literally millimetres, not even 5. I'm puzzled by this - the fronts clear it no problem, but both rears are fractionally catching. I'm wondering if the rear lower control arms are adjustable and need adjusting due to it leaving the factory on 20"s. |

I could be wrong but isn't the smallest wheel fitted as standard to the DS an 18'' diameter ?

No, they offer the Pure variant in 17" as standard.

I think the problem will be the fact that the Disco wheel has a different offset (ET45) to the Freelander wheel which is ET55 and as a result will sit 5mm further in towards the hub resulting with the rubbing on the back. The Disco sport track is slightly wider on the rear which may be why the suspension set up on the back is different and sits closer to the hub than it does at the front. |

Yes, you are on the money with that dondiddy. That 10mm is the crux of it, so will need to order some spacers to compensate. Frustrating, as I was hoping that they would be a straight swap. |
